Sophie

Sophie graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from St Georges University in Tooting, South London. 

Starting her career in Musculoskeletal outpatients and GP practice in the NHS, seeing conditions such as back pain, knee pain and strains and sprains. Sophie has progressed through a number of settings including private and sporting environments to specialise in dance and performance physiotherapy as well as general musculoskeletal conditions. 

Sophie also has extensive experience in orthopaedic physiotherapy including post operative, joint replacements and post traumatic injuries. 

Sophie’s main areas of interest are in dance and performing arts and she spends much of her week treating acute and chronic dance injuries in private practice. She is also proud to have recently been a physio for the Saracens Mavericks pathway netball teams seeing elite athletes with acute sporting injuries.

Sophie’s experience has exposed her to a mixed caseload that has enabled her to develop a comprehensive assessment method that lends itself to holistic and individual rehabilitation plans.
