Hayden

Hayden is an experienced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Bournemouth in 2014 with A BSc (hons) in Physiotherapy. Whilst at university he spent 3 years

working with AFC Bournemouth football club assisting with rehabilitation programmes and injury prevention screening. After completing rotational roles at a large acute hospital, including

orthopaedics, Hayden has spent the past 9 years working across Essex for multiple NHS MSK physiotherapy services. He is currently the Team Lead for outpatient physiotherapy at Broomfield hospital and has a wealth of knowledge ensuring all patients he treats receive the highest standard of care.

He is currently completing a Masters in Advanced Physiotherapy at the University of Hertfordshire furthering his knowledge in the treatment of all MSK conditions. Hayden applies his expertise to

ensure all patients receive a tailored rehabilitation programme that is achievable and prioritises each patient’s individual goals. He is very competent in performing spinal mobilisations and soft tissue

massage whilst combining this with an appropriate rehabilitation programme to guarantee all his patients the highest quality of care.

In his spare time Hayden can be seen playing football on a Sunday morning and attempting to make it to the Suffolk or Norfolk coast to surf.
