Ondrey

Ondrey graduated in September 2022 after completing his Physiotherapy degree. He began his career within the NHS, completing his junior rotations in a large acute hospital, where he gained experience across Accident & Emergency (A&E), Intensive Care (ICU), general medical wards, care of the elderly, and stroke rehabilitation, working with patients with a wide range of physical and neurological conditions.

Following his rotations, Ondrey moved into a specialised Musculoskeletal (MSK) static role. He regularly treats both acute onset injuries and chronic, persistent pain, with a particular interest in shoulder rehabilitation. His experience has reinforced the importance of detailed assessment and tailoring rehabilitation programmes to each individual’s needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Ondrey believes in working closely with patients to understand their goals and challenges. He places strong emphasis on clear communication, guided exercise, and practical strategies that support long-term progress, helping individuals feel confident in managing their condition beyond treatment sessions.

Outside of physiotherapy, Ondrey enjoys boxing and football and loves taking part in both. His down-to-earth approach to his sessions helps create a supportive environment where people feel motivated and comfortable throughout their rehabilitation.
