Chartered Physiotherapist
I am a qualified, chartered physiotherapist dedicated to helping you recover, regain function, and return to the activities you love. I completed my MSc (Pre-Reg) in Physiotherapy at Birmingham City University, graduating in 2024. My physiotherapy training is strongly supplemented by a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science from Loughborough University, which I completed in 2021. This dual background allows me to bring a deep understanding of movement mechanics, advanced rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning to my clinical practice.
Alongside my role here at Chelmsford Physio, I work within the NHS at Broomfield Hospital. This position has allowed me to build extensive clinical experience across a broad range of specialties, including musculoskeletal (MSK), orthopaedics, stroke, burns & plastics, elderly care, emergency front door, and respiratory & surgical wards. Managing this diverse caseload has sharpened my clinical reasoning and given me a holistic, adaptable approach to patient care.
During my sports science studies, I also gained specialised experience during a placement year with AFC Bournemouth’s U21 and Academy teams, focusing on injury rehabilitation, strength & conditioning and growth-related injuries. Today at Chelmsford Physio, I blend my hospital experience and sports background to deliver evidence-based, highly personalised treatment plans tailored to your unique goals. To ensure the best possible outcomes, I supplement my rehabilitation programs with targeted manual therapy to reduce pain, improve joint mobility, and accelerate your recovery.
Outside of the clinic, I stay highly active myself by playing football and racket sports, and I am an avid supporter of Arsenal Football Club.
